A Cased Waterloo and Peninsular Officers Shoulder Belt Plate and Miniature Portrait. Attributed to Lieutenant Gismond Phillips of the 23rd Regiment of Foot. The belt plate is hallmarked London 1805 - The miniature shows him wearing this. Some decorative beading has come loose at the reverse of the portrait which also bears sweetheart initials. Comes in a fitted case.
